Open to enthusiastic, curious young people eager to explore careers in the creative and cultural sectors. No prior experience needed – just bring your interest and energy!

Please make sure that you can personally attend the sessions face to face as only those local to the placement will be accepted.

Ideal Canidate Profile and Requirements:

V and A are looking for enthusiastic, curious, and motivated individuals who are keen to explore careers within the creative and cultural sectors. You should be happy taking part in a hands-on programme, including departmental rotations, group activities, and presentations, and feel comfortable engaging with new people and ideas. A genuine interest in museums, culture, or the behind-the-scenes work that brings them to life is essential, along with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. No previous experience is required – they’re more interested in your energy, reliability, and openness to trying new things. Applicants must be able to attend all sessions in person, so this opportunity is best suited to those who are local to the placement location.
