Careers Manager

Bianca joined Drive Forward in 2024, passionate about empowering young people to drive positive change themselves. With a background in science, Bianca brings a high level of motivation, perseverance, and curiosity to her work.

She herself had to overcome the practical, emotional and mental challenges brought about when she suddenly found herself unemployed. It was thanks to her own Career Advisor that Bianca was able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Now having a ton of experience in the sector under her belt, Bianca enjoys mentoring people and giving them the tools they need to progress in their career and life.
