About the role

This role would suit someone with experience in community building, participation or youth involvement who enjoys working closely with young people and creating safe, inclusive spaces.
It is a strong fit for someone interested in lived-experience participation, advocacy and community development within a charity or public sector context.
The role involves leading and coordinating community activity, including events, workshops and an advocacy forum, as well as building strong two-way communication with young people and external partners.
It would work well for someone with experience in youth work, community organising, participation or charity roles, particularly those confident leading projects independently and shaping an area of work as it develops.
