Central London Forward Paid Work Experience 

Central London Forward are offering two paid work experience placements for young people aged 18 to 24 who live in one of the following boroughs:
Camden, City of London, Hackney, Haringey, Islington, Lambeth, Lewisham, Kensington & Chelsea, Tower Hamlets, Southwark, Wandsworth, or Westminster.

About the placement

Young people will support a range of activities including job fairs, meetings and workshops, helping to improve how young people access employment support services across London. There will also be opportunities to learn about other areas of Central London Forward’s work, including policy, programmes and digital connectivity.

Dates – Up to 2 months, running from 1 February to 30 March 2026

Skills and Development

You will have the opportunity to develop:

• Event coordination skills
• Note-taking, chairing and presenting in meetings
• An understanding of how employment support services operate across London
• Wider workplace and professional skills

There will also be opportunities to shadow team members, visit boroughs, and contribute to blog writing.

Pay and support

• Paid at London Living Wage
• Travel and lunch costs covered
• All equipment provided (including laptop and headset)
