Drawing on Drive Forward’s 15 years of frontline delivery and in-depth interviews with care-experienced young people, our evidence submission to the Millburn Review highlights the need to consider why the NEET rate for care-experienced young people has remained high for a generation, what works to reduce the care leaver NEET rate, and how those interventions and policies can be applied to young people more generally to prevent the rising youth NEET rate becoming entrenched.
