Dwayne signed up with Drive Forward in September of last year. When he first met with Justin, he was initially reserved but Justin soon broke the ice with his natural good humour! From the start, it was clear that Dwayne was ambitious and eager to work hard. He had aspirations to work in construction having studied construction whilst at 

college

 and recently secured a CSCS card during a period in prison.
